Hi, I’m Elmo O’Reilly, a hands-on tech support specialist based in Paarl. After 25+ years in the tech world, I’ve launched a service close to my heart: helping older folks feel confident with their technology.

💡 How It Works

  1. Call, WhatsApp or email me to book a session.
  2. I’ll arrive at your home (or do a video call), and work with you one-on-one.
  3. I charge either a flat call-out rate or hourly fee, depending on your needs. No surprises.

Rates start from R300 per session and include full setup help, patient explanation, and even a printed cheat sheet if needed.

I also do regular tech visits to retirement villages like Groenleegte, Zanddrift, Beaumont, and more. If you're an estate manager or caregiver, I can help your residents or staff stay up to date with their devices.
